If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave the package in a safe location.

Please check around your home and with neighbors or building management who may have collected it on your behalf.

Also, double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure it was sent to the correct location.

In some cases, packages may be marked as “delivered” but arrive a little later.
