How do I make an exchange?Updated 2 months ago
If you'd like to proceed with an exchange, please visit our Return Portal
You will be asked to provide the following information:
Email Address – please use the same email you used when placing your order.
Order Number – this can be found in any of your order emails and should be 5 digits long.
If you cannot locate your order number, you may instead use your shipping zip code. Simply select the "Zip Code" option in the portal.
Once logged in:
Select the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
Choose the reason for your exchange.
Select one of the two exchange options below.
Exchange
Use this option if you’d like to exchange your item for the same product in a different size or color.
Exchange Across Catalog
Use this option to exchange your item for any other product across our catalog.
If the new product costs more than your original item, you’ll receive a payment link to cover the difference once your returned item is received and approved.
If the new product costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference once your return is
After Selecting You Exchange
Click Continue to review your exchange details.
Choose the lowest-cost shipping method for your return.
Review the information carefully, then click Confirm Request.
Preparing Your Exchange
After confirming, please print both of the following:
Your return shipping label
The exchange document (includes your order number)
Include the exchange document inside your package before shipping it back.
After We Receive Your Return
If you exchanged for the same product, no further action is needed — your replacement will ship automatically.
If you exchanged for a more expensive product, you’ll receive a payment link to complete the price difference before your new item ships.
If you exchanged for a less expensive product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the difference.
