If you'd like to proceed with a return, please visit our Return Portal 

You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Email Address – please use the same email you used when placing your order.

• Order Number – this can be found in any of your order emails and should be 5 digits long.

If you cannot locate your order number, you may instead use your shipping zip code. Simply select the "Zip Code" option in the portal.

Once logged in:

1. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.

2. Choose the reason for your return.

3. Click “Return” to proceed.

A $5.00 return processing fee will apply. You’ll then be able to select the cheapest available shipping method for your return.

After completing the steps, please print both:

• Your return shipping label

• The return document that includes your order number

Include the return document inside your package before shipping it back.
